Our downtown Boston office is looking for mid-to-high level Recruiters to join their permanent placement division. These individuals will develop and maintain a viable network of outside recruitment sources. Actively solicits new business contacts; makes presentations and follows up to ensure cooperation. Utilizes a variety of recruitment techniques to expand and enhance the applicant pool. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Produces sales and profits for the company by developing and utilizing a variety of outside recruiting sources including various newspapers, journals, and on-line computer sources for leads. Participates in various trade association functions. 2. Establishes initial contact by phone or letter and arranges meetings with sources and potential sources. 3. Introduces new sources to branch personnel. 4. Receives and reviews job orders from clients. Analyzes job orders to ascertain requisite skills, knowledge, education, and background. 5. Researches various files, records, and databases to locate possible candidate. 6. Ensures the best fit of applicant and job by discussing job orders with candidates; explaining details of jobs and ascertaining interest. 7. Rewrites and edits resume, if needed. 8.
