Description:West Asset Management is currently seeking friendly customer service professionals for our healthcare team. This position acts on behalf of hospitals to build positive patient relationships and answer common billing questions. Successful associates in this area possess the desire to help others and solve problems.Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Contacting patients over the phone while maintaining professionalism and tact - Helping patients understand their medical bills - Explaining medical billing processes and procedures - Negotiating and arranging payments with patients***Earn a $3,000 retention bonus! We are offering all new hires a $1,500 bonus after being employed for 90 days, plus an additional $1,500 after 180 days!To receive the retention bonus you must meet the minimum qualifications below and be hired.
