Receptionists
Everyone "loves" dogs, but do you have what it takes to work with theirowners?! The Loved Dog is seeking to hire a Part Time to Full Time Receptionist atour West Los Angeles facility.
Duties include, but not limited to:answering phones, checking clients in and out for services, bookingappointments, mailing invoices, maintaining database, sellingmerchandise and providing outstanding customer service to our clients.
Qualified candidates must have previous experience in an administrativeposition and some familiarity with dogs. He/She must posses strongcommunication skills; both written and verbal, a working knowledge ofAccess, Excel and Outlook, be punctual, reliable and flexible, be ableto lift 30lbs., to push, pull, lift and squat without assistance.
Hours: Morning Shift 6:45am - 1:00pm afternoon shift 1:00-8:00pm andSaturday 9:00-5:00pm, 3-4 days per week. Sendresume or stop by for application.
