Receptionist Part Time

Responsibilities (May include, but are not limited to, the following):  Greets and directs all visitors, including applicants, and vendors. Ensures completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures. Handles special administrative projects from People Department, as well as overflow work from various department managers. Answer multi-line telephone calls; assist, screen and/or direct to appropriate individual. Manage office supplies for all departments. Process incoming and outgoing mail. Maintain clean and organized workspace. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access applications.Please email resumes to eclark@ssg.petsmart.com
