Aerotek Professional Services Location: Mount Joy, PA 17552 Salary: USD 15.00 /hour Position Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: Administrative/Clerical Receptionist/Executive Assistant  Job Description: -Be responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings -Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently -Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the managers -Assist Leadership Team with preparation of presentation materials -Manage procurement of office supplies -Plan and coordinate special events -Coordinate the hosting of out-of-town visitors -Prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner -Arrange travel schedule and reservations for leadership team as needed -Prepare and submit expense reports for leadership team in a timely mannerSTRONGLY PREFER: -Support experience in a commercial and technical environment with >25 people -Bachelor’s degree -Mac OS X experience -Creative abilities related to Photoshop, PowerPoint, Keynote, etc. Required Skills: Strong Knowledge of MS office, Event planning experience, experience scheduling travel arrangements for manage, exceptional organizational skills, 3 years plus experience supporting at the executive level, exceptional calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetinJoin Aerotek Professional Services.
