Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
An exciting opportunity awaits a skilled Receptionist with administrative capabilities and an interest in working in Human Resources!
We are seeking a dynamic and well organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant with excellent customer service and phones skills to provide front desk coverage for our main office in Lynnfield, MA. Responsibilities include general reception, operation of a multi-line switchboard, mail distribution, supply ordering, and administrative support to the Human Resources Department in data entry, correspondence reporting.
To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of an Associate’s degree and at least one year of experience as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant in an office setting. Must be well organized, detailed orientated, able to manage multiple tasks and have initiative. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, as is a sense of humor, grace under pressure and a willingness to tackle new assignments. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft applications (word, excel, outlook). Experience in a human resources office preferred.
