Overview:
This is an entry level position. Reports to the Carlson Road Office Manager
Responsibilities:
Switchboard management.Greet and handle all customer service requests of visitorsWork with the Office Manager in securing phone coverage.Schedule conference rooms electronically through Outlook.Accountable for security badges.Handle all faxes according to policy.Keep the receptionist area neat & clean.Log all courier transactions, including the job number.Be prepared to handle light clerical work to support staff.Learn the skills necessary to support the Office Manager during absences or during peak times.Required Skills
