Real Estate RESIDENT MANAGERIndustry leader, Related Mgmt, is seeking an exceptional Resident Mgr to join our team of prof'ls at a lux residential building. Applicant must possess exc organizational and time mgmt skills w/an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Primary duties will include the supervision and training of all building operations staff and temporary staff, maintaining quality resident relations, supervision of day-to-day maint operations, special projects and other related duties, as needed. Reqs incl: 2+ yrs supervisory skills; facilities/operations exp w/ solid knowl of building systems, strong leadership, organizational and admin skills; team oriented; must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks; working knowl of MS Office.
