RPS Reporting Svcs Representative

Job Description:PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONThe Reporting Representative provides technical/analytical skills to support a variety of reporting needs for Retirement Plan Services (RPS) Operations. Responsible for accurately compiling all solicited data needed for business initiatives and projects by the required due date. Assists client team members with reporting, audits and research and participates in initiatives to standardize reporting methods and create greater efficiency in reporting. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES* Runs and completes report requests, both on a scheduled and ad hoc basis, utilizing Infopac, TSO, MS Access, Excel, and the Client Access Reporting System. Responsible for uploading and downloading these reports into applications that would be viewable by Clients. Responsible for formatting and quality checking all reports that are generated. Responds verbally and in writing to related questions. Maintains and updates the tools used by the team to identify plan specific information, checklists and flows to complete reporting requests. Evaluates service requests for completeness; analyzes and works with manager or senior team member to establish the most efficient path to complete the request. * Conducts research and documents findings to meet the requirements of Internal Audit, clients, and all other functional areas within RPS Operations. Responsible for establishing best practices for reporting generation and formatting. Acts as resource/consultant in providing support to internal clients. * Provides support to team members as needed on basic report requests and less complex projects. Facilitates training and updates training material as required.QUALIFICATIONS* Strong customer service orientation * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly* Advanced knowledge of Word & Excel PS software* Proficient in CARS, T933, Excel, Uploading and Downloading* Solid analytical skills with application to effective problem solving* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Demonstrated understanding of the menu of RPS services* 2Ability to proactively offer and initiate enhancements that support successful plan administrationExpected Travel Time: None Company: T.
