Sales/Retail/Business Development Revelant Work Experience:   1+ to 2 Years Company:   PHNS Email:   Apply by Email ROI Sales Representative PHNS is hiring for a ROI Sales Person in our Dallas/New Orleans Market: Position Summary Under direct supervision of the President and COO, this position is responsible for identifying and contacting prospective clients, generates sales proposals and maintains customer relationships.   Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions:q Coordinates the sales and marketing activities of a product or business line which may include research, data entry, customer events, and trade shows q Assist in research and analysis of potential new customers and geographical areasq Assist with targeted marketing campaigns, internal marketing, public relations and integrated marketing strategyq Maintains marketing database including client lists and customer/prospect filesq Produces regularly scheduled reports from sales databaseq Keeps daily record of calls and information requests sentq Conducts customer surveys to obtain marketing information about organization products and servicesq Provide administrative functions for sales and marketing team membersq Assist in contract managementq Management of projects as needed Other Duties and Responsibilities:q May call prospective clients and answer questions after mailing marketing and sales literatureq May perform other duties as necessary to meet company and department objectives   Education, Experience & Licensure: q Bachelor’s degree preferredq One year previous customer service and office experience  Skills & Requirements: q Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for contact with prospective clientsq Previous ROI sales experienceq Proficient at word processing, spreadsheet and database programs to produce a variety of documents and reportsq Strong quantitative and analytical skillsq Excellent organizational skills to prioritize workflow and respond to conflicting deadlines
