Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical R&D Technician IV - 26521 Job Description:Works with project teams, R&D technicians, engineers and scientists in the development and analysis of products, materials, processes, or equipment. Key Responsibilities: Contribute original concepts to the development of advanced prototypes and fixtures. Apply engineering statistics software (i.e., DOE) to characterize processes. Create engineering drawings using Deneba Canvas Graphics and CAD Software and create complete R&D engineering documentation following established procedures. Write and/or verify specifications. Analyze data, calculate statistics, and prepares complete product test reports. Validate equipment and new processes. Maintain complex test equipment, train staff on its operations, and schedule necessary calibration or preventative maintenance. Actively participate in project team meetings. Coordinate and monitor project task execution and project progress against deliverables. Identify additional or new vendors to identify and acquire necessary supplies, materials, equipment and tools for specific projects.Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.Qualifications: Typical minimum education and experience required is a two-year Technical Degree (i.e., AA, Certificate) and 7+ years' experience.Job Experience:Please see job description.Expected Travel Time: NoneThis company may offer relocation assistance.
