The representative will be the primary contact between KTH and the customer. He/She will be investigating, confirming, containing, controlling, identifying, and communicating all customer concerns relating to KTH parts. This includes but is not limited to correcting problems that need immediate attention which could result in a major repair, line downtime, or scrap body issue.Minimum requirements are: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to work with little or no supervision; willingness to work OT at short notice; willingness to learn new skills; proficient communication and organization skills; occasional overnight travel, ability to perform all job duties; general knowledge of stamping and welding conditions; ability to train at KTH facility in Ohio.Minimum Education Required: High SchoolYears of Experience Required: At Least 3 YearsExpected Travel Time: None About Adecco North America Adecco is a Fortune Global 500 company and the world leader in workforce solutions.
