(QC Auditor) Will receive and respond to internal client calls and inquiries, Perform ongoing reviews of title search abstracts and examinations completed by company personnel and independent contractors, including reviewing for completeness. Mathematical ability sufficient to make basic arithmetic calculations. (Single Seat Resale Examiner) Examines title of routine to considerable complexity in accordance with the company procedures and local examining practices to determine the status of title Abstracts and analyzes deeds, deeds of trust/mortgage, easements, judgments, tax assessments, mineral reservations, and other applicable instruments. Compiles information from city, county, and other public records for updating company files, logs, and indexes. All positions require a minimum two years of experience in researching and abstracting and compiling information from public records.
