Position pays 45K!!   ****Please send resumes to theodora.tribie@ajilon.com if you  have experience in IT Purchasing**** Job Description is below!!   The Purchasing- Pre Sale Manager provides assistance and oversight in the preparation and negotiation of contracts and subcontracts. The contract specialist serves as the liaison between our organization and other vendors and service providers. Vendor Relations: Purchasing and maintaining inventory for products / materials associated with hardware / software. Manages service level agreements with each vendor affiliate, service provider affiliate. Overseeing the company's import process; coordinating documents from the vendors. Coordinating inbound freight / open POs from all outside vendors, both domestic and international. Actively communicating and maintaining relationships with overseas vendors. Performing receipt of goods, inventory adjustments, inventory maintenance, and updating product data in the software system. Preparing POs and work orders in the software system. Inventory management; conducting cycle counts and month end physical counts of raw materials, finished goods, and other miscellaneous items. Performing common production administrative activities including: data entry, issuing faxes, contacting vendors, filing paperwork, creating shipping requests, and preparing and maintaining inventory and PO binders. Client Relations: Preparation and delivery of client estimates on all hardware / software purchases. Process sales leads for hardware / software purchases. Support the sales teams and act as primary pre-sale liaison between client and the vendors. Assist sales team with presentations from vendor quotes. Auditing and general management of Customer Licensing and Renewals.
