Job Title: Proposal Coordinator
Job Location: Alexandria, VA

Custom Job Purpose
We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to play a key role in the development, writing, review, and production of federal proposals for U.S. Defense, Intelligence and Law Enforcement agencies. Report directly to the JBM Director of Capture Operations and play a key role in supporting the overall proposal development process to ensure the delivery of quality, compliant proposals. The successful candidate will bring strong time management skills with the flexibility to operate independently and as a member of the proposal team.

Responsibilities
Job Summary
• RFP/RFQ/RFI analysis and decomposition
• Development and proposal documents such as compliance matrices, storyboards, writing templates, and schedules
• Serve as primary point of contact for collecting, compiling, and formatting input from a variety of sources for development of proposal drafts
• Support writing, editing, and quality assurance of proposal sections
• Support proposal reviews and other collaboration meetings
• Collect and maintain proposal support documentation such as resumes and past performance citations
• Supervise and coordinate graphics production
• Assist in production activities of proposal materials
• Archive electronic proposal files and directories
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities
•Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Must be Detail oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Skills/Abilities
• Previous experience working on proposals for the Federal Government
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint


Education
Bachelor's in related field with 2 years relevant experience
