If you meet the requirements of this position and want to work for a world-class company with a great marketplace reputation, apply today.· Interact with providers and ancillary staff to provide appropriate and timely response to inquiries and concerns regarding provider enrollment in traditional Medicaid (including dental, vision, ambulance, physician, RN and all provider types), THN, CSHCN and THSteps· Process to completion 98% of complete applications within 5 days from the date of receipt and the other 2% within 10 days· Send out deficiency letters to notify providers of incomplete/inaccurate applications or problems with application processing · Maintain the production standard of 60 applications per week· Respond to Tier III escalations in a timely manner, no later than 30 days· Respond to the Provider Enrollment Mailbox as assigned on the rotation calendar· Process enrollment applications to completion, once all information is received· Update appropriate databases and C21 with contracting and provider information· Respond to provider inquiries regarding status of applications received by ACS· Call providers to disseminate time-sensitive information· Coordinate with appropriate staff to notify appropriate providers in writing of any changes made to provider agreements and contracts· Research provider issues related to enrollment in Medicaid, THN, THSteps, CSHCN and call providers with resolution to problems· Send out provider recruitment packets, applications, contracts, other provider correspondence letters· Perform system testing for upgrades, under direction of supervisor or team leader· Participate in CQI program· Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or team leaderEducation and Typical Years Experience· High school degree or GED required· At least 2 years college preferred· Minimum of one year experience in enrollment of providers preferredSpecial Requirements· Knowledge of Texas Medicaid programs· Knowledge of provider enrollment/contracting & credentialing policies and procedures specific to Texas Medicaid preferred · Computer literate; competent with Word, Excel, database and other computer software· Ability to schedule time efficiently and to provide timely reports· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality· Medicaid, Medicare and/or managed care background · Provider enrollment and contract/credentialing background· Ability to handle multiple tasksAll other duties as assigned.ACS is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not Discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion/creed, national origin, gender, or sex, marital status, age, disability, use of a guide dog or service animal, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by Federal or State law or local ordinance.
