Project Manager /IT manager

 This position is responsible to support day to day operations within the IT organization to include project management, network and communications functions, server and desktop support, and business systems support. The incumbent develops & executes policies and identifies application opportunities to meet business objectives for improved customer service, operating efficiencies and quality.

 

Complete implementations and support effective enterprise-wide systems that are maintained and operated in an efficient and secure manner allowing scalability to grow rapidly through acquisition and expanded sales.

 

Leverage IT products and services and build IT enabled business strategies that offer a competitive advantage for the company & affiliate-wide IT programs that prove both effective and cost beneficial.

 

Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the CFO (or corporate designee) and staff to drive strategy and tactical execution to build a best-of-class IT organization and systems in support of the business and scalable to acquisitive growth in a common platform Direct the planning, implementation, performance evaluation and maintenance of computer hardware, system software, business system structure and organization. Provides systems planning and consulting services to Division Management for all matters concerned with voice & data communications, systems software, business system administration and computer hardware; and assists management in the development of strategic and business plans. Work with Corporate Management on the planning, design, implementation, performance evaluation and maintenance of local area and wide area communication networks for the Division, including hardware and software. Develop Division standards for desktop and laptop hardware and software. Oversee the development and maintenance efforts of current technology platforms. Identify and implement actions to improve upon the current systems development methodologies and procedures, including the process for identifying and evaluating customer requirements. Identify opportunities to leverage technology assets to improve the cost and quality of current service offerings. Assess, re-design or replace legacy systems as needed and ensure optimal support during the conversion processes Provide information on new products and services while benchmarking with the industry best practice organizations to ensure the Company maintains a excellent quality in its information systems infrastructure Establish, lead and manage a Corporate IT Governance process working closely with the top management and other staff as needed. Establish the policies, procedures and practices which govern the use, reliability and security of data communication networks, system software and data organization.

  Help to prioritize and coordinate IT activities, while working on requests for IT related changes or new products, and ensuring that approved projects are completed within specified deadlines Manage IT client(user) and customer relations Provide project management expertise, oversight, and guidance for all IT projects Develop IT budgets and ensure budget adherence Provide accurate cost and schedule projections of needed software, hardware and personnel resources, thereby increasing the efficiency and decreasing the costs for the company Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the IT department, meeting schedules with accurate work and results, minimum staff turnover, and limited down time Recruit, hire, evaluate, train, retain, and supervise IT staff Ensure the Security Management, Network Management and Data Management integrity of all information systems and corporate information through the implementation and maintenance of established system management practices and controls in the areas of General IT Management, Project Management, Systems Development,
