Project Management Intern

We are seeking an intern for our project management group in Milpitas, CA.

Responsibilities:

· Provide daily reports to logistics planners using reporting database and reporting panel

· Maintenance of the reporting database

· Assistance in analysis and mapping of logistics processes

· Administration of the IFNA scrapping database

· Creation/modification of reports

· Support audit preparation (e. g. Sarbanes-Oxley-Act-Compliance)

Qualifications/Skills:

· Experience required in MS Access, literate in all MS Office applications, with emphasis on Excel and

Access.

· Basic programming knowledge: VBA, HTML (PHP desired but not required)

· Business Objects and SAP knowledge desired but not required

· Excellent organizational and communication skills

· Ability to follow instructions, good attention to detail, willingness to learn and participate in continuous

improvement processes

Education

· ~2 years study in Business / IT with an emphasis on supply chain management

Experience:

· Some Semiconductor and Supply Chain knowledge

Languages:

· English, German basics (desired but not required)

When Starting mid of November 2008, for 6-12 months
