Unified Foodservice Purchasing Co-op, LLC (UFPC) manages the supply chain for all corporate- and most franchise-owned A&W, KFC, Long John Silver's, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell restaurant outlets in the United States. UFPC negotiates volume purchases of equipment, food, packaging, and other supplies from manufacturers and suppliers for purchase by operators and distributors who supply operators.Description

UFPC is currently seeking a Program Manager to support our KFC concept.As our new Program Manager, you will be responsible for:Representing UFPC on KFC project teams as an expert in food and packaging and equipment supply chain management.Developing and execute the supply plan for KFC program initiatives.Ensuring uninterrupted supply of product, packaging and equipment for all KFC national calendar initiatives, market tests and operations testing. Analyzing forecast from KFC Corporate planning for accuracy and relevance against market test and historical sales data. Developing a contingency plan to avoid product shortages or deplete product overages due to sales fluctuations.Providing timely communication of program details to UFPC purchasing, logistics, finance, distribution, suppliers, distributors and as needed to operators.Providing program supply status updates concerning supplier and distribution inventories for KFC initiatives to the project teams.Required Skills

Our ideal candidate will have:Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred3 - 5 years business experience in one of the following areas: Operations, Marketing, Purchasing, Program Management, Logistics and/or Distribution.
