Program Leader, Fraud Management

MasterCard Worldwide Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of the hosted Fraud Management Solutions products. Duties and responsibilities include overall customer satisfaction and coordinating with other internal departments to monitor and ensure the productivity and overall quality of the products. Work closely with internal departments concerning problem ticket resolution, complaints, and other issues that arise. Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service. Reconcile financials and forecast product trends. Required Skills:Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills.Strong analytical skills. Detail oriented focus.
