The Architectural Engineering and Building Construction Department at Milwaukee School of Engineering invites applications for a faculty position beginning in Fall 2009. This is a full-time faculty position with the primary duty of teaching undergraduate Architectural Engineering and Construction Management students. The preferred candidate should have (1) a minimum of a master's degree from an accredited architecture program and a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, (2) AIA licensure, and (3) a demonstrated expertise in two or more of the following: architectural design, architectural history, AutoCAD and building informational modeling, building investment and real estate development, construction financing and engineering economics, client programming and presentation techniques, LEED and green building design issues.
