Production Coordinator

Blackstone Consulting LLC (Blackstone), an established nationwide environmental and engineering consulting firm, is presently expanding its Baltimore-area regional office. Due to our success, we are actively seeking individuals with a commitment to quality and excellence to join our office in Towson, MD.

 Production Coordinator

 

The primary responsibilities of the Production Coordinator will include, but will not be limited to:

 

· Daily production of environmental and engineering reports that meet client standards;

 

· Coordination and assembly of report documents to be sent to clients in both hardcopy and electronic (PDF) formats;

 

· Word processing/formatting of technical documents prior to printing, scanning, filing (primarily web-based document uploading/downloading rather than hardcopy filing);

 

· Project tracking with other Blackstone employees and subcontractors.

 

Candidates must possess the following:

 Exceptional computer skills on Windows-based programs including MS Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat;

 Commitment to accuracy, along with good verbal/written communication skills;

 The ability to meet stringent deadlines, without exception;

 

· A four year accredited college degree is preferred, but not required.
