This includes review of market needs, development of offering requirements, creation and management of 3rd party partners to provide these services where applicable, development of go-to-market plans to achieve financial goals. The successful candidate will increase market penetration with existing products and design new products and services for the market. The Product Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to work with customers, product managers, marketing, and sales to ensure products are accurately positioned and passionately represented in the market. The PMM must have the ability to gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative target market data from multiple sources and identify innovate solutions for the market Scope and Dimensions The Product Marketing Manager will be accountable for the overall product marketing responsibilities for The company's hardware and professional services lines sold to the collision repair market. The PMM will have decision-making responsibility that will directly influence the success of the product lines. The role requires significant interaction with customers, sales, marketing, operations, service, product management, and 3rd party vendors. The PMM must be able to understand and articulate market needs and deliver the messaging and tools needed to ensure successful product lifecycle execution.Responsibilities The PMM is responsible for understanding market trends and needs as they relate to the assigned product lines and developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for those lines. - Develop and execute initiatives to ensure successful budget performance of the business lines - Work closely with product management, sales, and customers to develop and execute marketing/launch plans - Develop and maintain 3rd party vendor relationships - Identify products and services the market needs, develop business case to prove value, and bring those products and services to market - Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure product line execution and profitable growth - Drive messaging and content cration for all marketing materials to generate positive market awareness - Assist in the design and content of thought leadership publications, presentations, and events - Directly and indirectly assist in selling situations and in gathering customer, prospect, and partner feedback - Create internal sales tools such as competitive briefs and sales scripts/product demos - Monitor and analyze competitors, partners, and industry/customer trends - Conduct win/loss analysisExperience and Educational Requirements Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required - 3+ years of professional work experience required (Product Marketing/Marketing/Product Management/Sales/Alliance or Partner Management preferred) - Demonstrated understanding of core product marketing processes/methodologies such as market needs analysis, competitive analysis, product planning, marketing programs, sales programs, branding, pricing, etc. - Superior analytical, written communication, and presentation skills required - Proven marketing abilities including the ability to create value propositions, messaging, and development of marketing collateral and sales tools - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM application.MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING NO EXCEPTIONSALLIANCE MANAGEMENT NEGOTIATING CONTRACTSProduct marketing Product management Hardware or software Contact: PLEASE E-MAIL RESUMES TO:Â Apply by Email
