Job Description: Provides administrative expertise in receipt and processing of medical device complaints via incoming calls, faxes, and emails, serving as the primary point of contact. Information must be accurately entered into GCS2 (Global Complaint System - Trackwise) in a timely manner in accordance with the company’s complaint policy and procedures. Create, maintain, and adjust all returns and product complaints in SAP if necessary. Create replacement orders if required. Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to customers and sales representatives regarding Boston Scientifics’ returns policy. Work is closely supervised. Follows specific, detailed instructions. Contributions are usually limited to task-related activities. Contacts are primarily with immediate supervisor, and other personnel in the section or group.Job Experience:Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal skills and above average writing and verbal communication skills to work with individuals at all levels of the organization. • Knowledge of Boston Scientific Divisions and product lines. • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities against strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality and customer service. • Must have excellent listening and organizational skills, strong teamwork orientation, and handle work of a highly confidential nature. • Requires attention to detail. Must possess strong analytical skills and problems solving abilities to understand returns and product complaints. • Education & Training: High School Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree Preferred • Previous Experience: 6-18 Months Customer Service experience; experience with medical device products, medical procedures, and complaints preferred. • Special Skills: Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and SAP is beneficialMinimum Education Required: BachelorYears of Experience Required: At Least 1 YearExpected Travel Time: None Please visit us online at www.bostonscientific.com for more information.
