Play a role in the buying and planning process, including goal setting, trend analysis and advertising. Purpose As a Process Owner - Special Projects, you will work on specific projects that are designed to improve grocery operations and profitability. Projects can include improving in-stocks, enhancing service, or reducing expense across various departments. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of the project. This includes defining and scoping the project, establishing cross-functional teams to execute projects, communicating results to leadership, and obtaining leadership support throughout the project lifecycle.See Yourself: Leading projects that improve product in-stocks Identifying in-stock opportunities Identifying work flows and develops best methods to ensure product is in-stock Defining and implementing scheduling that ensures product is produced on-time Utilizing time studies and payroll analysis to validate and implement payroll allocation Implementing metrics to ensure in-stock goals are maintained Improving guest service provided within stores Identifying guest service opportunities across grocery departments Working with merchandising partners and stores to identify ways to enhance guest service Implementing tools and best practices to improve service Monitoring service metrics to ensure goals are being achieved Improving productivity by optimizing production processes Developing understanding of existing production processes Utilizing data to identify production process opportunities Working with property development teams to enhance storage and production layouts Developing production best methods and sequencing (thawing, proofing, baking, frying, etc.) Job Requirements Minimum Requirements: Ability to obtain, statistically analyze, and interpret large sets of data Proven project management skills including ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and planning skills Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and tasks Four year degree Five to eight years of related work experience Desired Requirements: Food operations experience Working knowledge of SuperTarget stores or comparable grocery stores Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt MBASee The Rewards Eligible team members will receive one of the best earnings packages anywhere, including competitive pay, all-around insurance coverage, 401(k), flexible scheduling, training and development and many other perks and benefits.
