The Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Maumelle Facility, is currently seeking team-oriented individuals to be Manufacturing Process Leaders. Our facility operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Individuals must be willing and available to work a fixed 12-hour evening shift (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM). Summary: A successful candidate will be part of a flexible, manufacturing team producing premium quality Huggies® childcare products in a world-class manufacturing facility. Applicants must be committed to achieving team success and be willing to continuously learn new skills and responsibilities. Technical aptitude, team/interpersonal skills, and leadership ability are significant parts of the role.
