•Location:    Richmond, VA 23218•Job Status:    Full Time, Employee•Job Category:    Customer Support/Client Care•Career Level::    Experienced (Non-Manager)Principal Process Manager Job Description:As a member ofCard Data ServicesProcess/Riskteam, this role helps drive the implementation of both Risk and Processmanagement tools, methodologies, processes and manages their ongoing execution in Card Data Services. The primary focus of the role will besupporting theprocess management deliverables and strategy; as well as, heading up newrisk management work.The roleis also responsible for supporting risk deliverables and process improvements.Serve as a process and risk related subject matter expert on projects. Assists in the development of mitigation plans and monitors the progression of findings against their mitigation plans to ensure timely closure. The candidate would be responsible for ensuringquick and accurate response to businessriskevents, as well as working through processes to proactively mitigate risk.Candidate will be expected to elevate issues as appropriate to senior leadership and stakeholder groups, use integrated analytic skills to identify potential downstream impacts, and serve as ariskconsultant lead in implementations.Responsibilities (include but not limited to): SupportCard Data Servicesprocessinitiative which seeks to ensuredepartmentprocesses are in alignment with thebusiness process management standard. Act as a resource forproject teams that aredeveloping or changing processesby documentingand leadingin the design of new processes Lead process improvement activities Influence Senior Leadership regarding process excellence and work to engrain a strong process management culture withinCard Data Services Supports the consolidation and tracking of issues identified during audits, regulatory exams andrisk assessments Establishes and maintains productive working relationships with team members across multiple departments and functions Manages implementation ofrisk management tools and methodologies, adapting methods and processes to meet unique business needs Preferred Qualifications: BPM, Six Sigma Green Belt and/or LEAN certification Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Communications or Computer Science Knowledge of MS Office product suite including Excel, Word,Visio and PowerPoint 2 Years experience in CommunicationsJob Experience:Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma 1+ years experience in Process ManagementNo agencies please.
