JOB DESCRIPTION  Determine pigment systems to be used in color matching for significant variety of commodity and engineering resins. Develop formulations for expanded let down ratios while maintaining high quality and economy. Work on multiple projects simultaneously.QUALIFICATIONS  Have specific experience working in  the color concentrate or compounding industries as a volume color matcher.  Familiar with engineering and commodity resins and the ability to produce quality and cost affective formulations.
