Lifetouch employees continue the tradition of providing customers with quality products and services that build long-term relationships.  Due to growth in our Lifetouch Preschool Portraits division, we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, highly motivated individual to join our Atlanta district office as a Photography Manager.   This key position is responsible for providing day to day leadership, supervision, and training to a team of photographers in a geographic area while ensuring excellent portraiture quality and portrait-day experience to our large customer base.  Other key responsibilities include: photographer hiring and retention, photographer training & communication, management of quality assurance program, photography team performance management and development. Minimum Qualifications: H.S. diploma or GED plus related photography training or experience (knowledge of photography equipment, lighting affects, tripods, light stands, light meters); post-secondary photography training desired. 2+ years supervisory experience; remote or multiple location supervisory experience desirable Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem solving and time management skills Computer proficient including MSOffice programs. Valid driver’s license including full use of a fully-insured vehicle.
