Associate Accoutant

Perform account analysis and reconciliation. Act as backup for Tax Accountant and assist with special projects utilizing advanced Excel skills. Also act as backup for processing 401k inbound/outbound files with TPA. Research and resolve tax and/or payroll related problems. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or other related field or equivalent experience required Knowledge of payroll taxes and tax filing Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Analytical and problem solving skills Ability to multi-task and switch focus when necessary Solid organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with ability to produce accurate and timely results Experience with ERP system and general accounting practices

Payroll Administrator

Process payrolls for exempt and non-exempt employees in multiple states with minimal errors and maximum efficiency. Set up and pay wage attachments. Maintain tax set up for state, local, and school district tax jurisdictions. General ledger accounts reconciliation, general payroll reporting and account analysis and reconciliation. Provide payroll support to field locations and research and resolve day-to-day problems.

  High school diploma or equivalent education required; Associate's Degree in Accounting or Business preferred Knowledge of payroll and payroll taxes Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail Ability to produce accurate and timely information Strong problem solving and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel CPP or FCP certification preferred
