This position possesses a strong knowledge of payroll concepts, practices and procedures including knowledge of expatriate and stock option compensation. REPRESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Analyzes multi-state payroll and accounting information/data to perform necessary calculations for required reporting Researches and responds to complex multi-state payroll inquiries and establishes and calculates appropriate compensation information. Act as first point of Contact on all matters of Executive Compensation (i.e, Exec. Incentive, Deferred Compensation Annual Distribution, Dividend Equivalents, Stock Options, Non-Qualified Pension Accrual, Executive Deferred Compensation Deductions). Coordinate with Corporate Executive Compensation Department to process all Executive Compensation programs. Monitor and audit Executive Compensation related transactions and processes to ensure compliance and accuracy. Completes various functional area surveys Compiles data for analysis and reporting and may perform complex analyses. Completes, maintains, and distributes reoccurring departmental reports. Performs other duties/projects as assigned Preferred Skills:Bachelor’s Degree preferred Minimum of 5 years experience in Payroll CPP a plus Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of financial and accounting principles, practices and procedures. PC literacy with knowledge of PC based software (Lotus, Excel, Word, Word Perfect, etc).
