Payroll Administrator

The DAKO Group is looking for a Temporary Payroll  Administrator with great employee interaction skills, who can work with all types of personalities to join our firm in Troy.  The position is scheduled to last from now until mid January.  For the right candidate this position could present many other opportunities.  This is a staff position not a contract position.

 

The ideal candidate MUST have:

 

At least one year of solid experience processing payroll and invoicing.


Ability to use Excel and create spreadsheets.

Exceptional organizational skills and must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment using excellent written and oral communication skills. 

Must be highly detailed oriented and be able to meet deadlines.

Previous experience with Peachtree is helpful but not required. 
 

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

Processing multi-state payroll for up to 350 employees, garnishments, FOC, invoicing clients, posting payments, answering employee questions, and speaking directly to client managers.
