This is an entry-level, customer-facing position with light supervision that involves responsibility for assigned cash and transaction documents and requires continuous awareness of fraud loss and check cashing guidelines as well as all security/retail policies and procedures.Responsibilities: Provide customer service by greeting customers, answering phone calls, and processing customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and transfers Maintain and balance cash drawer daily Comply with regulations, policies and procedures and stay apprised of changes Sell products, obtain account referrals, and hand out tell-a-friend coupons Keep branch and work station clean, organized and secureBasic Qualifications: 6 months of cash handling or 6 months of customer service experience High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: 1 year ofexperience in Cash handling 1 year of experience in Customer service 1 year of experience in Sales 1 year of experience in ComputerJob Experience:Basic Qualifications:• 6 months of cash handling or 6 months of customer service experience• High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications:• 1 year of experience in Cash handling• 1 year of experience in Customer service• 1 year of experience in Sales• 1 year of experience in ComputerNo agencies please.
