PART TIME INBOUND SALES ASSOCIATE/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We have two part time (half time) positions available. The hours are Monday through Friday from 10 am to 2 pm for a total of 20 hours per week.

Inbound Sales/Customer Service Representative (Local candidates only)

Job Description

Successful candidate will sell products and calibration services to business and industrial establishments or individuals over the telephone by performing the following duties:

 

Handle inbound calls to convert into product sales along with cross selling of stock calibration, repair services and accessories.

 

Provide technical product support to the customer and involve applicable marketing and/or vendors to determine specifications needed for the customer's applications.

 

Pass on lead referrals to account managers and field sales group and effectively communicate with all necessary parties to further penetrate market share.

 

Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

 

Establish and maintain professional telephone etiquette at all times, incoming and outgoing.

 

Job Requirements: Associated Degree Preferred2+ yrs. related experience (telephone sales) Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Candidate must be computer literate. Microsoft Office– Outlook, Excel and Word experience Must have excellent follow-up skills Demonstrated ability to speak/understand Spanish a plus

Compensation:

This is a part time position with benefits limited to profit share plan, incentive plan, matching 401(k), disability plan and holidays.
