We are currently looking for a quality person to join our Cocoa Beach, Fl  team as a Part-Time Service Manager.

The primary function of a service manager is to manage the operations (i.e. preload, unload, load), train package handlers and communicate with contractors and provide customers with superior customer service. This position will also manage the efficient sorting, delivery and handling of packages within prescribed time frames.

A service manager directs and leads a group of Package Handlers and ensures proper handling of packages. This position provides communication and feedback to direct reports and upper management. He or she is responsible for training, safety, retention and productivity/service goals. Responsiblities also include training employees on package handling techniques using classroom and on-the-job training format. This position requires the ability to manage in a "hands-on" physical work environment. Varied hours.

Prior leadership/operations management experience (transportation or distribution preferred). Excellent leadership and communications skills. BA/BS preferred.
