Job Description:Part Time Retail Field RecruiterWork from Home as an Independent RecruiterThe Grapevine Group has been committed to total employee and client satisfaction for over fifteen years.Our client is seeking several professional retail recruiters with the ability to be flexible in a working schedule & environment, with the desire to work approximately 60 hours a month from their own home based virtual office. This is the ideal opportunity for someone with management experience from a retail company who has experience in recruiting various levels of exempt managers.These independent, part time recruiters will support the Retail Recruitment for Store-Line, Exempt Management positions (Area Manager, General Manager, and Store & Assistant Store Manager). OUTLINE & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:· This is a home office based position, with minimal travel. · Must have the ability to work autonomously. · Liaison between Talent Acquisition Managers and Hiring Managers. · Provide recruitment support for Hiring Manager vacancies for exempt management positions. · Conduct cold calls & develop relationships in retail markets for collecting viable passive candidates. · Take viable candidates through screening, initial interviewing and forwarding to Hiring Managers for consideration. · Develop a pipeline sourcing of candidates through personal network, database, cold-calls, and web sites. · Occasionally assist with & attend job fairs. · Develop field management & corporate relationships with competitors. · Work with Recruitment Manager, peers & Hiring Managers on developing bench-strength for the continued growth of our client · Conduct reference checking for candidates. · Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers. · Work on special Retail Recruitment & Retail Operations projects as needed.

Job Experience:PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS ARE:· 3-4 years of Retail Store Management with emphasis in the HR/Recruiting function &/or 2-4 years of Life-Cycle Recruitment · Proven Abilities in Recruitment & Interviewing & Assessing.Ideal candidate should live on the west coast
