Part-Time Receptionist: Morning
Wonderful opportunity for a “working mom” or qualified candidate who is seeking a part-time permanent position! Free Parking!
Our client is looking for a morning receptionist in a fast paced office environment for a mid-sized company located right outside of Boston. The ideal candidate would have minimum two years experience, ability to handle high volume phone systems and ensure that all visitors are greeted promptly and professionally as they are the first point of contact. The receptionist is also responsible for E-faxes, outgoing mail and packaging systems. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Office and Excel is also required.
Best fit is for someone who could commit to the morning hours of 7:30am – 12:30pm and will stay in the job for at least two years.
Hourly rate would be between $16- $19 per hour.
Office has about 200 people on the field, and about 110 in the office.
