Company:  Ajilon Office Job Category:  Customer Support/Client Care Reference Code:  K4-30142-523164 Location:  NJ 07101 Job Status:  Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project, Employee Company located in Newark, NJ is seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep for thir call center.  Hours for the position are 6am- 11am and or 11am-4pm and may require working one day during the weekend.  Job duties will include: -Prior Customer Service Call Center experience. - Handling a large volume of calls and directly providing customer service for in-home repair requests, immediate customer complaints, and following-up with customer calls. - Data entry work will be required. - Create work tickets, research parts, close and bill work tickets, and follow up with warranty claim issues Candidates must have: - At least 2 years of call center experience - Type at least 35 wpm (will be tested) - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Efficient computer skills and literacy - Strong interpersonal skills - Prior experience in a fast paced retail environment a plus.
