Thank you for your interest!Part Time Customer Care Representatives Under immediate supervision, the Call Center Representative for Healthcare Recovery Services will answering incoming calls from health insurance plan members and enter detailed information into our database. This position requires excellent communication and computer skills while performing routine tasks requiring a working knowledge of the Company's products and services.Using a computerized system, responds to customer inquiries in a call center environment. These positions will be moving to work at home in the future.HOURS (part time):We currently have morning and mid day shifts available (no evenings).
