Nielsen Media Research, the leader in the TV ratings business is looking for enthusiastic and dependable individuals to play an important role in our Lowell, MA field office. Must be available to work one of the following schedules:Monday - Friday 8:00am - 2:00pmPossibility of additional hours on Saturday Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 8:00pmPossibility of additional hours on Saturday Starting wage: $14.00 per hrPrimary responsibilities are to include:· Answer phones and take appropriate actions· Assist with the Schedule/Confirmation of appointments with participating Households· Ensure the efficiency of Field schedules · Communicate with Market staff via phone or e-mail to apprise them of field schedule changes, Management updates and shift notes.· Communicate with Oldsmar Support Center via phone or e-mail regarding cooperator payments, Household phone or address discrepancies, telephone line installation orders and any other miscellaneous items that require attention· Accept and record phone messages (checking and documenting messages)· Check email, respond to email, and forward Household issues for resolution · Ensure accurate completion of all reports as assigned by Regional Manager or Market Coordinator on or before deadlines that are given· Reconcile schedule on a daily basis and resolve any conflicts immediately· Maintain professional conduct at all times· Maintain office equipment in working order at all timesQualifications* Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Willingness to interact on the phone with Nielsen Media Households * Excellent organizational skills * Customer service background and excellent communication skills in order to support the day-to-day operations of the field office* Ability to work in fast-paced office* Detail-oriented* Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required
