RSA is searching for a District Manager for the Upstate NY/Albany area.

 

The successful candidate will:Provide leadership, coaching and training to both full and part-time merchandisers within their assigned territoryManage, monitor and measure work of employeesInspect merchandiser work for compliance in each storeDevelop and implement short/long term goals, objectives and tactical execution plans according to business needsUnderstand and fulfill customer needs through problem-solving and communicationImplement all company policies and procedures are executed according to company standards and compliance measuresAssist in setting up new stores, remodels and show storesPerform tasks of Merchandisers and Reset Specialists when necessaryExtensive travel within assigned territory is required--Company car is provided

Minimum Qualifications:Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Access)Knowledge of the industry, retail experience, multi-store management experience and logistics skillsDemonstrated leaderships skillsExcellent time management and prioritization skillsAbility to train othersAbility to work effectively with team members, peers, management and external customersStrong verbal, written and interpersonal skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionAbility to organize people and activities

Ideal candidate must have traditional multi-store retail management background. (i.e. District Manager, Regional Manager)

 

Supermarket experience is a plus.
