PRINCIPAL SW DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

Job Description:Wonderware has several open positions in Lake Forest, California, for Principal Software Engineers with keen troubleshooting skills in the SCADA and real-time historian domain. This opportunity on our maintenance team offers a fast-pace and ever changing environment that requires cross-departmental savvy and a strong desire to find solutions. The primary purpose of this team is to partner with our International Customer Support organization as the Level 3 tier. Level 3 engineers augment Technical Support engineers by providing broad domain experience and coding skills. As a Level 3 engineer, you will assist in reproducing field issues, troubleshooting complex topologies, and producing quick software fixes for issues associated with application engineering projects and on-line production systems. In addition to Customer Support responsibilities, Level 3 engineers participate in producing software releases and provide assistance to our off-shore locations.
