Our client is the nation's leading provider of wireless communications and has the largest nationwide wireless voice and data network (33.3 million customers).This Full-Time opportunity is in the North-West Tampa area with our business client's Outbound Department. As an Outbound Representative, you will call existing customers to extend or renew their wireless contract agreements.Schedule:Tuesday through Saturday10:00AM to 8:00PMOver Time as needed*First week may require 9:00AM to 6:00PM schedule.Starting Pay Rate = $11.00 per hourAfter the 1st 90 days, pay raises to $12.00 per hourJob Experience:Qualifications:*2-4 years experience in a outbound call center sales. *Familiarity with sales / retention call center environment desired. *Wireless/telecommunications industry experience highly preferred.*PC proficiency in Microsoft Office required. *Proven success in customer resolution/satisfaction is required. *Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills. *Self-motivated and highly organized individual. *Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.*Minimum education requirement of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
