Duties include but are not limited to:Coordinating logistics for training schedule (location, meeting rooms, hotel, meal and travel of perspective attendees), to include Wyeth training initiatives at all U.S. sites. Assisting in the preparation of materials and management of process to assure compliance and consistency within the annual global Organizational Review process.Managing divisional communication, timely correspondence and tracking of attendees to all programs driven from Org Devt/ Training to include pre-work materials required for courses Creating/maintaining databases for global training initiatives, tracking and reporting as required by division, to include assuming the role of master administrator of the Wyeth Learning Management System within FDAH (SumTotal – including online course creation, domain catalog maintenance, creating and managing appropriate audiences for division, roster completions, managing inquiry and reports as required. Managing costs to budget for expenses of Org Dev/Training dept, to include all Wyeth initiatives as requiredWorking with alternate site contacts, ensure training needs are met and training initiatives executed flawlesslyMaintaining and updating training materials as directed and needed. Oversee that sufficient inventory of training folders, handouts, materials for courses existEstablishing and maintaining database on all eligible company attendees for programs, simultaneous tracking of numerous courses. Recruitment of eligible employees for development curriculum as appropriateAssisting in troubleshooting questions and problems from FDAH personnel, regarding training, program & material availability.Qualifications:Associate degree in office management/training field or five years of office management/training duties is required. Project management and/or system administration certification and training is preferred. Working knowledge and proficiency in use and management of various software applications to include, but not limited to Power Point, Excel, Org Plus and Org Publisher, Access, and employee development and talent management modules within ERP/HRIS systems, such as SAP.
