Order Processing / Order Administration / Account Service Experience with Mass Merchants

CCA Industries, Inc. is headquartered in East Rutherford, NJ and is engaged in the manufacture, sales, marketing and distribution of Consumer Health Care Products.  Our customer base includes Mass Merchandise and Chain Store Food & Drug retailers.

 

Currently we seek a highly motivated individual to join our staff as an Order Processing/ Customer Service Rep.  This position must possess the following qualifications & abilities:Associates degree or equivalent 3 + years of experience in order processing and/or sales support for a Consumer Goods company servicing Mass Merchants.Must be computer literate and proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and order entry operating systems.  Macola a plus.Solid work ethic, good communication skills, and the ability to interact with field sales, customers and other internal departments in a fast paced environment.

 

The primary duties of the position include:Order Processing: new order entry, change orders, daily reconciliation Customer inquiries: product availability, lead time and order status Backlog review: communicate information internally and to customers/field sales RMA processing: handle requests from customers New account set up: initiate process with Accounting Department to establish new account relationships Coordinate order activity with Purchasing/Planning, Sales and Distribution.
