Responsibilities:Detailed data entry of newspaper advertisement insertion ordersProof media schedules Resolve billing and shipping discrepanciesNegotiate make-good ads and deadline extensionsWork with multiple internal databases and proprietary technology

 

Qualifications:2+ years experience in customer service, data entry, and/or a clerical related fieldIntermediate to advanced computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel, and possess the ability to learn internal computer applications.Ability to multi task and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skills
