Leading studio executive has an immediate opening for a high level Executive Assistant who has heavy experience in coordinating meetings and maintaining a very busy calendar. Candidates should have a high level of demonstrated experience working closely with a deadline driven executive to join this firm and achieve great results in this vital position! This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in some exciting projects that impact the success of this firm while also building strong professional relationships with extremely high level executives in the entertainment industry. Enjoy full and varied work days as you assist with business meeting scheduling, coordinate dial-in numbers and distribute in advance materials for group conference calls, route important paperwork awaiting final review, and collaborate with team members on one-of-a-kind projects!
