Nationally renowned professional services firm has an immediate opening for a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide a high level of support for their Senior Vice President! Career Group Inc., leading New York City staffing agency, is currently seeking a smart and resourceful professional for this incredible opportunity to work at a prestigious firm. The ideal candidate must have the ability to keep an executive moving flawlessly through the day, change gears as needed, and seamlessly organize all scheduling priorities part of the day!

 

This executive needs an Assistant who can work independently on responsibilities with minimal supervision. In this role, you will oversee a complex executive calendar, arrange detailed travel itineraries, process and route all information coming into the office, coordinate meetings and events, and create and maintain Word documents/spreadsheets. If you are a hard-working and driven individual who follows through on all work assignments - this is the right position for you!

 

Top candidates should have at least 3-4+ years of executive support experience, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
