Operations Shift Supervisor

Security Resources Inc., a nationwide provider of security guard and investigative services, has an opening for a full time Shift Supervisor (4PM-12AM Tuesday through Saturday) in our Cherry Hill Corporate Headquarters.

 

This individual will oversee and direct the activities of the Account Representatives and their interaction with clients regarding security guard coverage, emergency response, etc.  The Shift Supervisor will delegate administrative duties and provide counseling and follow up to the staff.

 

Qualifications include:

Intermediate to Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and Outlook; strong time management skills; ability to multi-task effectively; strong verbal and written skills; excellent phone etiquette and professionalism; ability to motivate a team; and familiarity with general office procedures and equipment. An Associates Degree or higher preferred, and a minimum of  2-3 years of supervisory experience is required.
