Position:  Operations Planning and Forecasting Manager based in Appleton, Wisconsin

 

Responsibilities:  This position reports to the Vice President, Operations and is a key member of the Supply Chain management team responsible for helping  execute the Supply Chain strategy and leading Supply Chain planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

 

·  Analyzes and reports on monthly Supply Chain financial performance and  variances.

·  Develops and maintains the distribution network capacity model.

·  Develops tools to support the Supply Chain planning processes.

·  Leads the Supply Chain budgeting process and develops tools to support the planning process

·  Contributes to the Supply Chain strategic planning process and the execution of strategy.

·  Develops tools, compiles data, and reports on Supply Chain key performance indicators

 

Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting;  MBA a plus

·  A minimum of five years supply chain finance/accounting experience

·  Working knowledge of capacity planning and staffing models

·  Advanced Excel skills required

·  Database knowledge and ability to manipulate and analyze complex data models

·  Experience building and maintaining business models

·  Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple, complex projects

·  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
